    This is a beautiful studio located in San Antonio's historic Pearl Brewery complex. They have daily yoga classes including vinyasa yoga, hot yoga, Iyengar yoga and Hatha yoga for all levels of the practitioner! The studio owner is a certified Black Belt Nia instructor, so they offer Nia classes that are fun and exhilarating as well! Plus African dance, belly dance, and pilates classes. If you want to get fit in San Antonio, you've got to check this place out.

    Synergy has a wide range a yoga and other disciplines including NIA and Pilates. Great teachers and a broad class schedule. The facility is fabulous in the historic Pearl Brewery complex.

    Best dance studio in San Antonio, they offer a variety of classes. All the teachers are amazing!!
