Not bad at all. A couple of prices are on the high end, great desserts.
I've been here three times and two of those times it was a 5 star experience. The difference was the service. Twice we've had the older white haired lady (whose name I can't remember) who is a great waitress: keeps the water filled; brings the bread; makes well-appreciated suggestions; and has that perfect timing of showing up the table just the right amount of times. The other time we had a younger woman who just disappeared for long stretches (we realized she was often in the back chatting up the cook); I had to go get her a couple times to make an order or get some service.
The rest is all good. The wine list is the most unique in town. All the wines are from Mediterranean countries and include varieties we just don't see much (Mourvedre for example) and for restaurant-wines the prices are outstanding -- heck the prices wouldn't be bad in a store (but you wouldn't find these wines there).
The menu is relatively small but eclectic and again has dishes you won't get elsewhere. I keep getting the duck prosciutto salad, along with an appetizer or two. Everything every time is well prepared and visually enjoyable.
We'll be going back, that's for sure. If the service is as good as it was the first two times, I'll come back and edit this review to 5 stars.
