I took a 14 foot box truck to American Tire on the weekend because the inside, rear tire had a cracked valve stem. The regular parts supplier for the special metal valve stem they needed was closed, but they did not want me to have to come back during the week, so the staff searched and searched through their spare parts bins, and found a compatible valve stem which would fit my rim. They had it installed in a few minutes. For the time they had spent solving my problem, I expected to pay $40-50, but the bill was only a few dollars. Everyone I dealt with at American Tire treated me with professionalism and a smile on their face. If this is how they handle a minor repair, I'll be back when I need something bigger done too.

Ther service I received at American Tire was terrific. I had two tires replaced. It only took a few minutes and the bill was less than what I expected.
Everyone there was very professional and you could see that they knew their stuff!
They have all my automotive maintanence business from now on.
