User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThese people are useless. They told me that my hard drive had failed and needed to buy a new one. I said O.K. do what you need to do to repair my p.c. When I got it back from them, it still had the same problem. I took it back to them one more time after spending $225.00 to get it fixed and they said it was going to be an additional $150.00 for them to fix it, that my power supply had failed. I took my computer to another shop and the guys reformatted my supposed bad hard drive and had no problems with it since. And these people techmedics did not even replace my hard drive, it was still the original hard drive that came with my computer back in 2003. Do NOT choose these people unless you want to be scammed and ripped off with allot of run-arounds.
