This company is a SCAM!!!!!! My husband and I moved in to 5734 Mineral Ave. and we asked if we could prune the crab apple trees in the back yard so our girls could play in the back yard, Of course they told us yes. Well now it is June 12th 2009 and we are being evicted from this house because they said they didn't say we could do this. Well they are also mad because I emailed them a 2 page list of what was wrong with this house. (Which will be to follow) They didn't want to come and fix these which includes $10,000 for windows.I will support the choices of those who think this company needs to be put out of buisness. They say that they are christian but they arent showing the word of the lord when they want to do this...

Dear Ark Properties,

I am just letting you know all the things that need to be repaired in the house 5734 Mineral Ave.

Kitchen
Window above sink is broken and there is no screen
Fridge Shelves are broken and fridge itself is not level
2 windows by seating area don’t have screens
Outlets are NOT grounded
Chandelier above table won’t turn on only 1 light. (light bulbs are brand new and I have rotated them to make sure they weren’t the problem.)
Counters beside stove aren’t stationary (They move)
Outlets trip the breaker box
Windows are chipping paint and splintering wood
Back entryway
Screen door isn’t stable it don’t shut properly and when I lock it you can still open it.
Window doesn’t have screen
Windows are chipping paint and splintering wood.
Living room
Outlets are NOT grounded
3 Windows have no screens
Outlets trip the breaker box windows are splintering wood and chipping paint.
Front Entryway
No screen on window
Window broken
Window is chipping paint and splintering wood
First room down hallway
No screens on windows
Outlets are NOT grounded
Outlets trip the breaker box
Windows are chipping paint and splintering wood
Second room in call (Children’s Room )
No screens on windows
Paint chipping paint and wood splintering
Outlets are NOT grounded
Outlets trip breaker box
Bathroom upstairs
Outlest trip breaker box
Outlets are NOT grounded
Toilet doesn’t flush all the way (Have to hold handle down)
If tub or Toilet overflows it drains into basement above the stairs.
Basement
Windows leak
Bathroom leaks and goes into new bedroom built.
Light in bathroom is full of water
Toilet don’t flush properly
Sinc in bathroom leaks
No egress window
Walls are molding
Outlets are NOT grounded
Outlets trip breaker box
Breaker box is 60 amp for complete house
Wires in breaker box are where they want to be
Open wires in basement
Bedroom isn’t complete
Outside around the house and yard
Gutter in front above door is broken and leaks into basement
Back yard floods when rains and leaks into basement
Door bell does not work

Was told that the amps were going to be updated to 100 amps
Was also told that anything under $100 was our responsibility
Was told anything we did to the house we would be reimbursed.
No one scheduled a walk through prior to moving in.
Was told by Ed to go to L&M and see how much it was going to cost to make screens and if it was inexpensive they would get them done
