Bommarito Honda

I've been taking my 1997 Odyssey and my 2002 Accord Coupe to Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood for the pst 2 -3 years now.

I have had nothing but outstanding service everytime I have brought my car in for an oil change and/or service. Also the price they quoted me for service has always been the exact amount or in some cases, cheaper.

The Honda employess I have dealt with have always been professional and easy to deal with everytime.

I really do appreciate all of their efforts.

I have been driving Hondas for years. I knew exactly what I wanted. My husband and I went there READY TO BUY. We had done our research online and I emailed them to set up an appointment with a salesperson for a specific time, but when we arrived, he was working on another deal and we had to wait 30 minutes to see the guy who had set it up. They wouldn't let us talk to any other salespeople because he already had claimed us I guess. I didn't care who we bought from. I just wanted a Black Civic.

They did not have the black color in stock, nor my second choice, of silver. I asked if we could special order the one I wanted and the salesperson's response was, "That would be kind of complicated. You should probably just check another dealer." Seriously?! This guy would rather send us to another place than get the commission for a little extra ordering.

When I complained to the manager a few days later, his response was even worse: "You know, I think sometimes the salespeople just don't try hard enough for the sale, but these Hondas are such in-demand cars that they really just sell themselves."

The day after my Bommarito experience, I went to a different dealer and drove off with my car right then and there. I have badmouthed Bommarito to everyone who asks me where I got my car since then.

Even after I told them (multiple times) I was no longer interested, they kept me on their email list I continued to received automatic emails from them once a day asking when I was ready to purchase. I finally had to block three different Bommarito email addresses from my account.

Fantastic Parts Dept., I've dealt with every Honda dealer in this city at one time or another and hands down their the most efficient, friendly group of people out there!
