We recently completed an 1100 s.f. addition on our home using the UBuild It system. We got bids from numerous local contractors and ended up saving over $100,000 using this system. The thing I appreciated the most was that I was working with subcontractors who had been prescreened and done other work for the company, so I knew they would be reliable. Also, having no construction experience, it was good to have the safety net of an expert behind me in case anything went wrong. The team was on site numerous times, was available for any questions, day or night, and if there was a problem with a contractor, they would help resolve the issue.
