    I had a great experience dealing with these guys. I saw their add in Valpak, and used a coupon to get my wheels aligned. They had to align it and then fix the radial something? to fix the pull of the steering wheel. They had to put it on the lift a second time after test driving. I expected to have to pay for the radial fix, but they only charged me the $39 Valpak coupon advertised.

    I replaced my fuel pump recently from another local shop which cost me $600, they said they would have charged me less than $400. I will definitely be using them for future repairs. Before I left, I found out the three owners work at the counter and in the shop which is nice to deal with them because they actually care about the customer as opposed to many national chain shops.

    Complete Automotive of Richmond is by far, the BEST auto repair business I have dealt with in the tri-state area. I live 40 miles away and gladly make the trek to have them service my vehicles. You will not find nicer, more honest people anywhere in this area. Do yourself a favor and save time, money and hassles by going to Complete Automotive before going anywhere else.
