User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have been going to Pepper Jack since it opened...before today, the last time we went was the first week of June. Today we went and they have totally changed the menu. We always order the same thing and it was removed from the menu. My mother-in-law always orders ribs and they had NO meat on them whatsoever...it was bones covered in BBQ sauce for 12.00. She sent them back and got the meatloaf which had no sauce and frankly looked like dog food. We ordered the 10.00 combo app which included: two chicken tenders, two potato skins, and two mozzarella pies...for 10.00? I always get a salad with french dressing which they had removed from the menu. The teryiaki steak my husband and I always get was removed from the menu but the waiter said he could still do it. I decided on the chicken but my husband got the steak...which was NOT the steak we normally got nor was it a hand cut steak...it wasn't even real. It was fake, pressed, tv dinner steak. There was just nothing right with this meal nor this place. This used to be my fave place to go, now I'll NEVER be back. The host was the host, the cook, the waiter, and the only person in the place...it was crazy...

The food that took forever to receive, even though there were only two other tables of people in the restaurant, was not cooked properly and everything tasted like garlic. Our waitress was polite but didn't keep up with our drinks. I've heard enough reviews from friends to know it's not worth my time going back to this place.

It took approx. 15 minutes just for our waiter, who was sitting two tables behind us talking to the staff, to come take our orders. The food was great, but service, not so much. Might go back again, take out for certain...
