Directions: Take I-26 or I-40 to Asheville, North Carolina. Exit all interstates to I-240 East. Exit 4-C on I-240 East and follow signs to Asheville Civic Center. Loading area is located off of Haywood Street. Parking: Location: -Civic Center deck behind Civic Center. -Wall Street Deck. -Rankin Avenue Deck. -Metered lots on Lexington Avenue and Grove Street. -Private lots across from and adjacent to the center. Charge: -Special event parking is $7 for all garages. -Accessible parking is available all along surrounding streets. Public Transportation: Accessible by downtown bus. Schedules are available at the public library and other public buildings Box Office Numbers: 828-259-5544 Information 800-745-3000 Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone Box Office Hours: Located to the right upon entering the front doors from Haywood Street. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster are available 90 minutes prior to event. All other tickets are available at different times depending on event/who leaves the tickets. Children Rules: Minimum age for paid admission varies by event. There is no minimum age for admission to an event, but parents should consider the appropriateness of the event to their child's age and be prepared to be responsible for their child's behavior. Miscellaneous: **CONCESSIONS- Snacks/Beverages (Pizza, Hot Dogs, Chips, etc) are normally served, including alcohol. Concession stands are located in upper and lower levels. Concessions are subject to change depending on event. **MISCELLANEOUS- -ATM's are located next to the front door on Haywood Street. -Pay Phones are located outside the building. -The Arena can host private events such as trade shows, conferences, etc. In its exhibition and banquet halls. -Discounts if any vary by event. -Please call 828-259-5544 for policy on a given event. -Groups usually require a minimum of 20 people.
