User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot happy with my transaction. I asked them to check the availability on every item before I placed my order. After hearing NOTHING for two weeks, I called to check the status of my stuff and everything but ONE item was either discontinued or out of stock. In the meantime, I knew nothing about this and could have ordered other scrubs in place of the ones that were out of stock. The one item that was in stock was sitting there the whole time and I had to call twice and ask them to send it. Unfortunately in this day and age, this just shouldnt be happening. period. They seem like nice people, however very disorganized. If I don't see my refund in a timely manner, I will be contacting the BBB.

I bought uniforms from this site on May 23rd. Did not receive email notification of delivery. Finally called them to be told that part of my order was sent out on June 8. It shouldn't take 2 weeks for this to be processed. Called again on June 12 and was given an incorrect tracking number according to the post office. I tried tracking the correct number online and found that my package was sent to Las Vegas! And I live in New York! Is this ridiculous or what?! So I called them again to find out the reason for this and if they had my correct address, which they did. So was told to wait another 2-3 days and see what happens. In this day & age it shouldn't take a month for an order to arrive. I do not recommend this company and will never order from them again!!

i have not heard from these people in over ten days about my order no e-mail to up date me about when i will have my things that i have ordered.so just to let u know u may not want to order from this web site!!
because you don't know if its just a gimmick or not but hope you'll get a responce.

Both of the above reviews are bull. I have ordered from this company about 6 times. The first time I ordered I did not hear anything but it turned out the emails were going into my spam mail. The website clearly says it takes 10-15 business days to process. Think about it - w eplace the order, they order it, they get it, they process it and wham it comes to us. Get your panties out of a wad and get over it. I bet you both got your scrubs just as they said you would. They are human too. But I guess the 2 of you never make mistakes. I will continue to order. I think they are great. Way to go ScribbidyScrubs.
