User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy old garage door opener failed, so I contacted Richard at Cornell Garage Doors based upon their excellent reviews here and elsewhere. Their stellar reputation is well deserved. Richard was very nice and pleasant to work with, his prices were as good or better than anyone else, and his workmanship was above reproach. When he finished installing my new garage door opener, he even helped me program the Homelink remote in my car. All-in-all, it was one of the best service experiences that I've encountered.

The guys showed up on time and did a GREAT job. Super customer service and attention to detail! I worked in this field many years back and these guys were on top of their game! I was impressed! Kudos!

Great work! Great customer service! Great price! I spoke with two other companies about my garage door and both said I needed to replace the door. I called Richard yesterday and he came out today to give me an estimate. I was running late from work, he had to wait for my neighbor to meet him. I called him back 30 minutes later after he gave me the estimate and he returned the same day to fix my garage (and had to wait additional 15 minutes before I got home) He did above and beyond with service, he replaced old brackets, reinforced the door, lubricated the springs and bolts of the door, all at not additional charge. Took the time to show me little things to do, to get more years out of the garage door I have. I would recommend calling Cornell Garage Doors and that will be the only call you will need to make.
