I have a 2008 black BMW 328i which had scuffs and abrasions on the lower front bumper. I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking it to a body shop. The owner D. Brown contacted me promptly and met me at my office downtown. He then gave me a bid lower than what he quoted on the phone which was great. He took the car for part of the day and brought it back earlier than promised. He did an outstanding job...and washed and hand waxed the car for me!! I am a very particular person and he not only met, but exceeded my expectations. He is undoubtedly going to be my go to person for any issues of this nature that I may have in the future. Both times, I had bumper damage which was estimated at $1200-1500 at a body shop. Bumper King did the work for less than $400 each repair and I defy anybody to pick the area of the bumper that was previously damaged. Everything looks factory new, the paint is top-notch, couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to doing great work, the customer service gets an A+. These guys "get it". The owner, Deleon Brown, is honest and trustworthy, very respectful, and delivers what he promises. They guarantee their work for life and are very thorough. I've recommended Bumper King to a few friends and they've had great things to say also. -
