User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI actually don't like Charlie Staples Bar-B-Q because the sauce is too sweet. Most white people like sweet sauce and that seems to be the people that are being cater to. It was a time that Staple was very good. The ff are not cooked soft enough sometimes.

Check out Charlie Staples new addition to their restaurant you won't be dissappointed! They just built an addition on the other side of the building that will take you to New Orleans! It's two floors of tables booths and a bar and also a third level that has a wonderful outdoor patio. It's all about serious BBQ! I've had BBQ from Memphis to out west and believe me...this is the best BBQ you'll ever sink your teeth into. On top of that, the service is the best, everyone there is ready to make you feel right at home. I went there with my husband and two great friends..it was my Birthday and no one at our table said anything about it but one of our friends brought me a present and a waitress, Samara, happened to notice it was a birthday and asked me who's birthday it was. I told her it was mine and she wished me a Happy Birthday. We ate our meal and without anyone at the table saying anything about my birthday...here came Samara with several waiters from the kitchen carrying a beautiful homemade bread pudding with a carmel sauce over it and a candle in the middle..enough bread pudding to go around and they sang Happy Birthday to me. It took me by such surprise knowing Samara took it upon herself to celebrate that with us without anyone saying a word...it brought tears to my eyes. In these trying times to go out to a restaurant and be treated with such carring..it sincerely was overwhelming to say the least.
Charlie Staples is much more than a typical eatery...it's like coming home. It is only 17 minutes from Warren, and the drive is very easy. Check it out for yourself...you won't be sorry. The prices are great and the service is at it's best. They just the best!!! -

CHARLIE STAPLES SAUCE IS SO GOOD ITS ADDICTIVE ! I HAVE TO HAVE MY FIX AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. THIS SAUCE ON FRIES IS SO GOOD , IT COULD PUT KETCUP OUT OF BUISNESS !!
