I did once love this place, more specifically the small-town location in Eagle, WI... the food was creative and filling. The service was nice. However, since that location closed, I have been going to the Delafield location only to be disappointed time after time. They often get my order wrong. I have received cold "melts". It is very expensive for what you get. And supposedly they offer a preferred customer program, where your bonus points are on the bottom of your receipt, but they never ask you ahead of time if you're on the list and then once they ring your order, if you remember to ask it's too late to enter your ph. number to be counted. Plus, after a year, I've never seen any benefits or anything on the bottom of the very few receipts they actually remember to offer me. The punch card was MUCH better and much more gratifying before they changed it. Now I think this place is not worth the trip. (A sandwich for myself, a corn dog for one child and chicken strips for the 2nd child with small drinks has run me $20.) The atmosphere is nice and perhaps the place to go for a coffee and muffin (have not tried the coffee) but not for meals.

Excellent food and service. Creative salads and sandwiches. Also great coffees, bakery, and soups. We have eaten here many, many times and have never been disappointed. Fast service but definitely not fast food -- much, much better!
