Zero for service. Went in to test drive a Toyota Sienna. The first salesmen didn't ask for our names or introduce himself. He took us on a long walk, then said he would be right back. After waiting 5 minutes a different salesman can and gave decent info on the car. After the test drive he stated he would be right back. After standing for 10 minutes in front of the dealership, I went to see what was going on. I was shocked to see him sitting down with another person looking to buy a car. We immediately left feeling like a piece of trash. I would never buy a car from there if this is the way car buyers are treated. Not sure if race played a factor, if they were understaffed, or buy our appearance in clothing. This was a terrible experience. We were unable to get a business card, or any flyer on the Sienna.

Heiser's Service department is unbelievable and one of a kind! They have great upscale waiting areas with free beverages, good entertainment, and free wifi!! Not only are the facilities great, but the service is even better! I highly recommend servicing your car there!!

The sales assoiciate that I had at this dealership was more helpfull than any other sales person that I've ever had to deal with. He was honest and to the point throughout the process. Whenever I have the need for a new vehicle in the future, I will always stop here first.
