I developed a shoulder impingement after switching gyms (different type of equipment, I was not careful enough). I ignored it for a while, then stopped working out to let it rest, hoping it would go away. It did not. After 9 months, I saw a sports doctor, who gave me the diagnosis, and tried a cortisone injection. That did not help, and I ignored it for another year. When it still did not improve, I went back to the doctor, who sent me for physical therapy. My range of motion was very bad by then, and I did therapy religiously for several months, and I realized about an 85% improvement, but that last little bit would just not go away. The therapist said I might just have to have surgery, and that I should see the doctor again to discuss it. I decided to try a chiropractor instead - I had never seen one before, but had known people over the years who had had good results with things like back problems, and figured I had nothing to lose. I picked Dr Lund because he was conveniently located, and had had a shoulder problem himself, so I figured he would understand. He examined me, and said he could help. It has been about three months now, and I have complete freedom of movement, for the first time in years. I can reach into the back seat without pain, scratch my back, etc. I can hardly describe the relief I feel! I am going on a maintenance schedule, I think there is definitely something to this chiropractic approach. I know I did not get relief anywhere else, and I think in the long run, it will benefit more than just my shoulder.

I was in a car accident. My car suffered significant damage. The force from the impact caused me to have severe headaches and neck pain. I thought the pain would just improve on its own. When is did not, that was when I sent to Dr. Lund. He listened to what I had to say and then explained my options. After a handful of treatments the majority of the pain is gone. Thank you Dr. Lund.

I was involved in an auto accident. I had headaches and numbness that went into my left arm. Dr. Lund was very good at explaining things and helped me get back to the way I was before the accident. I am thankful for his care. Aaron Q.
