I heard about A New Life Family Chiropractic on the radio. They were running a promotion and thought I'd call to schedule an appointment. I've never been to a chiropractor before and was a little hesitant. Upon arrival to the office, I was greeted with a friendly staff. I was given a lot of information on my first few visits and am thankful that Dr. Tuttle really opened my eyes as to the care and maintenance of my spine. I am now a patient there and would like to thank Dr. Tuttle for giving me A NEW LIFE!
I heard about the office from my mom who was an existing patient. I was having a lot of lower back pain and had headaches all the time. I tried pain killer medication and nothing seemed to be working. So i listened to the advice and went in for appointment. I am so glad i did because scoliosis was found as well as an excessive curve and forward head posture. No wonder i was having all these problems!!! Within a few weeks my headaches were gone, no thanks to the medication. I am so happy to have found a christian based office that is dedicated to helping their patients.
I do not recommend this office for chiropractic work. I chose this office because they had advertisements all over the radio. I then figured out why- it's a sales pitch. The doctor will not see patients until they watch a half-hour video and take a quiz on it. He will not begin any kind of treatment unless patients first agree to participate in "group therapy," which includes numerous 2-hour sessions a few times a week. Who has time for that? When I called to postpone one of my "group therapy" appointments, the doctor got on the phone and angrily told me that he will not "take my case" unless I make myself available for these sessions. At that point, I'd had enough. I've recently found another chiropractor who wants to help me for my own benefit, and has heard many, many horror stories about these other types of chiropractors. It's a sales business, and they're everywhere. Their goal is to get as many patients hooked as possible, and limit any personal interaction. Please, don't bother.
