Nice personnel, always friendly and items always available when they're suppose to be picked up. However, several times I've had problems with the quality of the service. Broken/shattered or missing buttons. Items returned with water marks on the fabric when they weren't there when the items were taken to the cleaners. Fortunately they come out with washing them at home. Pants returned with hems partially unsewn. Today, dark slacks returned to me with white dried substance on the pant leg. Came off with a damp cloth. I feel as those my clothes come back in worse shape than when they were taken in for washing or dry cleaning. Most of the clothes are new and worn only once or twice before being taken to the cleaners. Not happy with the service at all. When I asked about the missing buttons, I was told they would be more than happy to sew on the buttons but there's no way to match the covered buttons that were lost while the item was in their store. When they returned a white pressed blouse the missing and or damaged buttons were obvious but they didn't even bother placing a note on the item about the damage. One time I went in and noticed one of my tops hanging on the bar as though they had attempted to give it to another customer and the customer discovered it wasn't one of theirs. I know they hadn't just put it out there for me to pick up because I was standing in line and it was there long before I reached the counter to give them my name. When I asked they mentioned something about it having just been brought in with the delivery. Why would they deliver just one item to the store?
I like doing business with stores in our town but unfortunately I won't be giving my business to Delia's Cleaners in the future. When they first opened, the service was great but the last four months the service has been terrible. The clothes are not cleaned at this location but sent to Tempe, AZ then returned to the store in Avondale for customers to pick up. Take your clothes there at your own risk.
