Recently my husband lost his job after the plant that he worked for shut down operations. To get new training in a different field he went through kansas works during this time they put the wrong info on the forms for trade school which almost cost him the chance to enroll in time. The forms that were to be submitted to unemployment were lost, never filed and when they were they were the wrong forms which caused his unemployment to be suspended.After a week going back and forth with them and the state we are still wating to find out if everything has been done right. Not only did they mess up his case but did not offer an apology of any kind. I would think twice before ever using these people again.
