Proaudiostar has amazing customer service and great deals on everything in stock. The tech support is 2nd to none and has made me step up my own knowledge of the inner workings of the ever advancing world of pro audio. I would recommend pro audio star to ALL of my friends interested in making music. Not only because of the great deals that are available, but also because they are knowledgeable of all the products carried in stock. I checked for ...See MoreGreat customer service, only place that had the Numark HDMIX IN STOCK, out of all the websites and music stores. I checked for two days and it was special orders for everyone else, but ProAudioStar had about 20 in stock. On the net, it was only available in europe.I needed it the same week so I traveled to their warehouse. Custom service was great with Anette and on my second call got to talk to the owner Ron great guy. When I got there I was treated like one of the guys. PROAUDIOSTAR has the direct connections to the manufacturers so if all the other sites are out of stock than go to ProAudioStar, better yet save yourself some time and go to ProAudioStar First. I"m getting my case for the Numark HDMIX from them, cause they'll get it first. FIVE STARS
