User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI purchased an urn ash keepsake necklace back in October. I have yet to receive the necklace and have sent 4 e-mails to the company. I also have tried calling at different times with no answer on their end. My boyfriend of my entire adult life passed away about 2 weeks before I purchased the necklace and I would really like to put a rest to that part of my mourning. I am not sure why I am having so much trouble with this company but unless this gets resolved today I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss AND the problems you had with the company. I'm in a similar boat except I just made my purchase on 12/7. I have sent numerous emails to the company and the number that's on the website just continues to ring. Once I got an answering machine but I'm still waiting for my call back. I purchased urn keychains for my mother's ashes to give to her sisters for a Christmas gift. Our purchases are of very sensitive and personal nature, in my opinion, and shouldn't be treated this way. To me it's unacceptable. Have you contacted the Better Business Bureau? I am considering it, along with trying to get my $60 back.
