1)BEST PRICING-I buy the same items continuously. I have found them to be cheaper on every item I get
2)DELIVERY--Not only are they cheaper but have brought the items to my door and even into my house when I was home.
3)HELPFUL--I have called with a certain item I needed and Julie spent alot of time making sure we found the right thing.
4)EASE OF ORDERING--I have ordered online and over the phone.
5)SELECTION--They have everything I need plus I have found nice collars and toys that I have never seen anywhere else.
