User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe have loved our home security system. Working with the representives at protech nation was nice to have someone at a local level with the coverage of national company. Came to my door I was little uncertain but after checking them out they proved to be everything they said. Would recommend.

New company and young group of guys doing the install, but they were very polite, professional, answered my questions and did a clean install. They made sure to put the panel where I'd be happy and even asked for my vacuum to clean up. I don't have a land line for phone and was concerned about that but the system goes off a cell signal so no problems. Our 3 cats (one's BIG) don't set off the motion detector, but my wife and I tested it and we both do. We called monitronics and we're up and running. Overall we're very pleased and would recommend them.
