I have been doing business with Ken and the boat dock for the past 20 years starting when they were in Fremont and continuing now that they are in Discovery Bay. I had a problem with my boat in
Shasta years ago and called them and they drove up that night and changed my outdrive completely and had me in the water at 0800 the next morning. Great guy and great company.

Just reconnected with The Boat dock after a separation of three years. Used to only go to them while they were in Fremont with my '78 Glastron and 70 hp Johnson. Well I purchased a new boat, which came with three years of free service at the dealer. Guess what? The dealer is out of business, bankrupt, gone, because their main function was to sell boats, not service them.

I had a problem this last weekend, tracked down The Boat Dock and found they moved 70 miles away from me. Well it makes no difference, they are worth the drive to know my life on the water is in good hands. There may be other places close by that are good, but the The Boat Dock is a known business to me, they have always been a quality, customer focused shop. I am happy again to be heading their way. the cost of extra gas getting there is nothing compared to a job done right.
