User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband rented a carpet cleaning machine and cleaned our basement carpet. We noticed that the machine was not vacuuming water properly, but he decided to finish the cleaning. Our basement carpet was wet for 2-3 days and we noticed an increasing rotten smell. I called Dryfast for advice. They explained to me that our Berber carpet should NEVER be cleaned with such a small machine. Water and dirt, which stayed in the carpet, started turning into sewage. Their crew came to our house the same day. They cleaned all the carpets and deodorized them for free. After they left everything looked and smelled perfect!
