    Grand Rapids' best-kept secret!!!

Definitely the most exciting, interesting, and flavorful food in Grand Rapids. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting an exceptional dining experience.

I took my sister to Bloom for her birthday (during the first week of March). We found it to have terrific drinks (my martini came with pop rocks in it!), a wide variety of menu choices (beef, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetarian and almost anything else I could think anyone would want to try), really unique taste combinations, wonderful location, elegant and not stuffy, superb and not pretentious. Perfect for those with a sense of adventure. We tried the rabbit appetizer, she had salmon, I had scallops and we both shared a phenomenal chocolate ice cream dessert. We enjoyed every thing we ate, as well as the atmosphere, music playing and attentive staff. We want to go back in the summer to sample different dishes.
