    I was nervous at first because of the "extreme" fitness name. I never knew what I was capable of until I they showed me! They pushed me hard and never let me quit. The results came quickly because of the intensity of each workout. I was scared to workout with a male trainer but Paul was very professional and felt more like a workout partner rather than a drill instructor. Im very pleased and look forward to more training and enjoying the summer in a swimsuit!!!
