User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWent to see my Son Graduate Bootcamp at Parris Island. We went there on Thursday night. The food and service was so good that we returned with our son on Friday. We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was packed with fun. It had a large selection of beers, a wide variety of items on the menu, and outstanding service on both visits. The entire staff there made us feel welcome. I had the "all you can eat" crablegs on Thursday night and wings on Friday. My wife had the Ribs both times while my son had the steak and shrimp Combo. While it is not a fast food restaurant, it took about 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive. We all commented as to how good the food was and agreed that it was a great place to visit.

This was a really great restaurant. The Ribs were the best I've ever had. My wife had the seafood and loved it. The atmosphere is very fun. The entire staff made us feel welcome. Great selection of beer. Wondeful service. I wish we had one near our town! This is a MUST visit place!

Honestly I went into this place with high expectations because my boyfriend had raved about this place for weeks. We came in with a somewhat big party...10 people.Our services was the WORST i have ever experienced in my life. First off they ran out of RIBS! How does that happen at a rib place? We didn't get our food for over 1.5 hours! We had to tell them exactly what was missing they had no idea. We had to ask them numerous times to refill our drinks and to bring silverware. I then went to locate the manager to let her know how unsatisfied we were and she was practically laying down on the seat in the reception area! When we received our bills we were charged for the RIBS they ran out of!! A $10 difference from what we had ordered. She then apologized (very unsincerely I might add) and gave us coupons for $2 off our meals we could use that night or next time (which were already expired). Then at the end of the night when we finally used them, she accepted them rolling her eyes with ATTITUDE! I couldn't believe it! I guess i assumed being from California, I would get some sort of southern hospitality but we left receiving much less. I WOULD NEVER GO there again or recommend that anyone else does. To this day I am in disbelief of how horrible our experience was.
