Talked to Bob Saks to make a deal on a new G8 GT, they quoted me a monthly price range I was happy with, then I went to other dealers to compare. Bob Saks had the lowest monthly price, Until...

They pulled the classic "oops" on the price quote.

You know how it works. You go in all happy you decided to buy and where happy you had a good deal only to find out the final cost is actually $1500 to $2500 more then they quoted. But you are pretty happy, so you go ahead and sign.

Now the real fun begins. The guy that prepped my car didn't check the car completely obviously, the tires where inflated to 55lbs (4 over the max) they where supposed to be 36lb 39lbs. Glad I noticed that before any extended driving. First rain, the wipers also didn't work.

So I send an e-mail to the sales manager, the same one that apparently either can't do a simple job and quote a simple price, or is blatantly pulling a price switch scam, that I'm unhappy how I've been treated so far.

I e-mail my salesman asking him if they figured out why the price they quoted per month didn't work out (I also asked the finance guy right before I signed, but he didn't even answer my question), and so far haven't received an answer to my question.

So here I am some 2 weeks later, still no answers, no call backs, and an expired temp plate.

Stay away from Bob Saks. They are run very very very poorly. This is BY FAR the worse experience I've had at ANY retail shop of any type. Worse then CompUSA (out of business) Highland Appliance (out of business) Fretters (out of business) and Circuit City (out of business).

Buying a car should be a fun happy time, Bob Saks has ruined that for me.

I took my car in for an oil change and new windhshield wipers. After waiting there for about 30 minutes I was told they broke off my windshield wiper arm and it woudl be another 30 minutes for them to get another one. After waiting 30 minutes they came to me and told me they could not find a dealer that had the part so they gave me a loaner that was dirty and hardly had any gas. It has been two days now since this and my car isn't fixed yet. I'll never use this place. They have coupons for oil changes, but it is not worth the savings.
