this place is definelty the place to go if you want to eat healthy and stay healthy!! theres food for the whole family, and food for those who like to try new things. Its a very laid back, quiet resturant for those who want to relax after a very hard day at work. if you want to get out of the heat and cool down, theres ice blended coffees and drinks. everything here is healthy, and for those who like sweets now and then, they have those two!! i reccommend the 3-layer bars. theres calm music playing, and computers if you want to look something up while waiting for your food. theres even wireless hookups! the staff is very freindly and want to get you exaclty what you want. you cant get much better than this place. its very cheap, and you get more for your money. and if you want to take your health one step further, go next door and look at the aromatherapy products!! im telling you, this place is THE place to go. if you dont believe me, check it out for yourself!! its well worth your time. trust me.

FIRST I HAVE TO SAY THE ADDRESS IS NOT CORRECT, ITS 116 WATER IN SPARTA. YOU"LL FIND TRUELY ARTFUL COOKING! GREAT PRICES!!! THERE IS A REAR PARKING AND ENTRANCE , NO WORRIES ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION, JUST GO DOWN THE ALLEY BEHIND THE CAFE (ENDS AT THE POST OFFICE). SO FAR EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED HAS BEEN A MAZING! THE SOUPS , YUM, THE BAKED GOODS YUMM, THE WRAPS ALSO YUM, THE RESTURANT HAS TWO DIFFERENT AMBIANCES SO YOU CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE, FIND ART AND CULTURE, AND DID I MENTION THE FOOD? O YES , I DID, I GUESS I JUST CANT SAY ENOUGH. O YOU'LL HAVE TO ASK ABOUT THE SPECIAL, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO FIND WHEN YOU POP IN. SOME OF MY FAVES ARE THE HEALTH NUT MUFFIN, THE TUNA MELT, THE FISH TACO, THE VGN SOUP, AND THE DESERTS (BAKERY GOODS) ARE TOO MANY TO MENTION, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM HERE TO POST . THE CAFE IS LOCATED AT 116 WATER STREET IN SPARTA, WATER STREET IS DOWNTOWN. THE FOOD IS VERY HEALTHY, LOTS OF FLAVOR WITHOUT EXCESS SALT, FATS, SUGARS, ALOT OF ORGANIC FOODS ARE USED TOO. ITS GREAT FOR THE BICYCLISTS THAT SOON WILL BE POURING INTO SPARTA LOOKING FOR SOMETHING HEALTHY TO EAT. YOU'LL FIND IT HERE!!! BUT DONT LET THE WORD "HEALTHY" SCARE YOU AWAY, FLAVOR DOES NOT NEED TO COME FROM BEING FRIED OR DROWNED IN SALT OR SUGAR. YOU WILL BE LEFT VERY SATISFIED, AND WILL PROBABLY NEED TO TAKE LEFTOVERS HOME. THIS WILL BY NO MEANS BREAK YOUR POCKET BOOK, SO YOU CAN HAVE GOOD FOOD AND MONEY FOR YOUR GAS TANK. THIS IS A NEWLY OPENED BUSINESS, BUT THE CHEF HAS SUPER COOKING SKILLS. FOLKS JUST NEED TO COME IN AND TRY IT, ITS A VERY FRIENDLY PLACE AND YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR MEAL IN A CALM, ATMOSPHERE.
