User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFrom the moment you enter this establishment your expectations will tend to run high... and they'll be met head-on with attentive service, exceptional sushi and presentation. Aka serves up what may very well be some of the best, most innovative sushi in Houston. There are quite a few purveyors of sushi in in this town, many -- if not most -- simply serve up decent if not pedestrian Japanese dishes. Our experience with Ada was anything but pedestrian. Highly recommended.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've tried several Japanese restaurants in the Kirby area, and there are a lot of them, by far this has been the BEST. The food is always fresh and original. The deco is very chic and modern. I especially like the lively atmosphere and the friendly waitstaff. For best value, I recommend coming during Happy Hour.
