This is a great place to have coffee, tea and snacks when you are tired of starbucks...it get full on the weekends but during the week or for lunch is great
Independent coffee house near UTEP. I like most menu items, except the coffee, which often tastes burnt. The salads are good, the sandwiches are fine, if not special for the price (like ones you mom might make!), the Japanese noodle bowls are a bit bland, but the real treat are the crepes. There are two varieties, sandwich crepes with savory fillings, and dessert crepes with fruit or chocolate and cream. This alone makes the place worth a visit. There is also a serve yourself frozen yoghurt bar, the frozen yoghourt they use tastes like true yoghurt.
This place is close to UTEP and the Cincinnati street district, so its often too crowded. and the tables are tiny. Its often noisy - great for hanging out, but not the best place for quiet reading or study sometimes. The staff is usually friendly and attentive, at times the customers are irritating (the patio would be nice if not for the slacker types who smoke like chimneys and have loud, obnoxious conversations).
great place, great salads! i definetly would recommend it!
