Drew down at the Burrito made me a pork burrito, it was so good I thought about it for days, and it was huge. They make all their food fresh, so they roast the pork, or grill the steak and chicken fresh every day and make all their salsas fresh. They also have have a birthday special where you can get a free large margarita (you have to buy a burrito or taco order) but still a great deal. They have awesome hot wings (50 cents each on Sundays) with several sauces, loaded potato fries, loaded nachos and a FULL BAR -- bonus. They are the only restaurant open late night in Gunnison. The next time you get hungry after 10:00 go to the Burrito, dine-in, take out, $1 delivery. They will deliver to your hotel room too! I highly recommend!
Christopher the owner has been having a live music night on Thursdays that is getting popular as well. Fun place to hang out drink, eat, listen to music or watch football.-

Although the food, when you get it, is tasty only those with great patience can eat here. The burrito portions are half that of a Chipotle burrito. But the best part of coming here is the entertainment factor: each employee is flying high just like their burritos. It takes about 30 minutes to get loaded fries, by three people. It took one guy about 5 seconds to figure out which shelf to put the frozen fries back on in the freezer. If they just took a little more pride in thier service I would eat here all the time. Unfortunately, I am turned off too much to want to spend money here.

The Flying Burritos has great food! The staff is very friendly and the food portions are large. We travel to the area every summer and this food establishment is definitely on our "favorites" list.
