Ok let me say this, i come here to support gay/lesbian business'es and because this place is part of Pride Center the "kids" that work here are horrible workers! As i sit here now on Oct 10, two guys came walking in to order and stood at the counter for just over 5 minutes while the people or kids who work here are outside chatting with their friends and smoking. If I was a business owner of this place I would be worried about someone making off with the money in the til and the employees seem to not care all and thats pretty sad!
The music they play here is odd music and I would expect that maybe the owner will at least have some music here for everyone.
The food is good that is made here. I AVOID this place during he weekdays and especially when West High School kids are on lunch break or getting out of school, these seems to be a meeting place and then its feels like romper room in here!!!
I came in here months ago and couldn't beleive the teenagers in here not givening a care in the world how these teenagers treat this place. I saw one teenager standing on a chair and the person behind the counter not saying anything to her to get down. One of the staff members from the pride center that was down here getting coffee told the teenager to get down. Whos is running this place!?
I numerous occasions I have come in here to get a coffee or tea and I have seen the employees leave from behind the counter and walk outside. I timed it one time and they were away from the counter 12 minutes and during that time I was wanting something to drink and they were outside smoking and chatting with their friends and playing hacky sack.
I really hope this review finds the owner of this place and makes some changes! He isnt going to make the money off the teenagers, he will make it off the people who have jobs that want to come into a place and relax and have a cup of coffee or tea and support a family business.
