All of them have been prepared by vegetable charcoal. The name of this cuisine is Churrasco. Churrasco has been recognized around the world as a new style of cuisine. In fact, it is the only new concept after the nouvelle cuisine. Churrasco meat is served on a skewer with continuous service at the table. This system is called "Rodizio".
