User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSeveral friends and I went for dinner on a Saturday night. Most of my friend's steaks were overcooked. Unfortunately, I ordered the crusted halibut. The crust was over salty and greasy. But the biggest disappointment was the service. Our party was seated in a semi-private area that had only one other table, the manager checked on the other table 3 times over the course of our dinner and never once stopped to acknowledge us. I was appalled with his obvious snub. I will never return because of his rudeness.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have been to Ruth's 3 times now since they have opened. It's always a bitter sweet experience. They have the best steak preparation period. But the service is far short of what you would expect from such a high end outfit.
We were blown away with the food on our first trip but they failed to bring out the crab leg appetizer. They brought us the butter without the crab.
The second time we went I asked specifically that my coffee come out with my dessert. Well, as per usual they brought out the coffee first and when the dessert came out we were out of coffee. By the time the coffee refill came we had finished our dessert.
The third time we went we waited 30 minutes before they even took our order and when they did it was the 4th different person that had tended our table!
It took us another 20 minutes just to get salad and they had forgotten the bread that we had asked for along with the extra dressing for my salad. Then the big debacle happened when they overcooked all 4 of our steaks. Folks, when you order a 2 1/2" thick felit RARE in a high end steak house it should be pretty much red in the center, pretty much raw. It was cooked almost medium!
The store manager was nothing short of amazing and accommodating with our complaints and comped much of the checks on 2 occasions. Thanks but I would rather have a great evening of good food and service without craning my neck around hunting for somebody to refill my drink or at least bring out what I ordered in lieu of freebies.
This place is great but my gosh get your act together.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi would have to agree with the previous review. i too was a regualr at Del Frisco's for quite awhile but, i've found my new favorite place in town!the decor is very modern and fresh, a great atmoshere! and food is always great and it comes out sizzling!!!

Dude you ate there three times!! Hello!!!! I guess you didn't learn from the first time. One time and there out for me. Doesn't matter service or food. If one or the other is bad, I wont be back! Thanks for the info. I guess it really cant be that bad. You did say you went there three times. Thats seems funny to me. Oh well.
