So much don't know where to start. They are very professional and precise. I have had other carpet cleaners before, but he was the first one I've seen come in and do a thorough pre inspection. He tested the kind of carpets I had, tested the stains to see what chemical to use. Then he tested to see if the carpet had any stain protector left in it. Those carpets were stain free and dry within an hour!!! I did not think that was possible with steam cleaning. I was so happy I told all my friends and family about this company. Quality is hard to find now days. Thanks All About Cleaning!
