I've had my oil changed twice here and it never fails that there is something critical (and expensive) that needs to be fixed/changed etc. I regularly maintain my car with a mechanic I trust, so I know these claims are ridiculous. My last visit was my last...first the splash guard underneath the car was not reattached and when I returned I had to wait 45 min just for a few screws to be replaced. Secondly, my mechanic informed me that my last oil change at Auto Spa they didn't even change the oil filter! Total rip off. Don't waste your money...its not worth a free car wash!
