Just to confirm previous reviews. Definitely homemade Louisiana cuisine. Some spicy, some mild. Food for everyone. I always order the meal because then I get a slice of Desi's bundt cake of the day. Go often and tell your friends!
A great place for a taste of Louisiana. Great people in the owner Desi and her jazz sax playing husband Wess "Warmdaddy" Anderson. The small but interesting setting is enlarged by the smell and taste of great food like Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red beans, Chicken Noodle and more. Good music is played piped in from "Warmdaddy's" computer and live. Enjoy the greeting of someone who wants you to feel not just fed but a part of life. You leave feeling a special night was just had and I found I couldn't wait to return.
The food here is the best in town,i love it and the staff are the best also.
