I brought my scooter in for cold starting problems. I told Kurt specifically that I had a new battery and NOT to replace it, that it just needed a charge. The first week I called and he said they replaced the battery! After reinstalling my original and charging it, I called the second week. He said it was all fixed. I asked, "did you leave it out in the 50 degree outside air and then try to start it or in the 70 degree shop? He said, in the shop and it started fine. What do you not understand about "cold starting problems"???? I had him put it out for 3 hours. To his surprise it wouldn't start. They still couldn't get it right after two weeks. Overcharged and burned my battery out, damaged the paint from rolling it in and out of a 32" wide door and scraping,gouging the plastic. Charged me $150 for trying to fix it. Told me it took an hour and a half to remove the plastic fairing to get at the carb. There is an access panel in the under seat that has 1 screw to access the whole top half including the carb. So basically I got an .oil change and body damage for $150 with no offer to correct the situation. Be Warned of this scammer.
