I do believe when your not happy with the way the color or the cut has turned out, you should work with the person that day and not have to wait until they have time to correct it. I got tired of having to go somewhere else and pay right after they did my hair because they don't have time for several days. I think you should make certain that customer is happy or lose the business which they did with me. I could not keep paying for them to do my hair and paying again because they made you wait until they could FIT YOU IN to fix it.

Scottsdale salon in Surprise, Az....it's about time!! This salon has everything an upscale Scottdale salon has except the prices. Greeted with smiles, no long wait, very affordable, and I was more than happy with my haircut and style. Highly recommended!!!

My haircut was decent. I went here after finding a coupon online. However, though I did not ask for it, I was charged for a style (extra $10). While she was doing this, I thought she was just being nice and doing it for free since I was a new customer. Then it came time to check out...after tip my cut was nearly $50. Far too much money for a slight trim!! I won't be going back.
