User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am wondering why or how my reviews were removed? This office is BAD BUSINSS. They willl get you into the office and then "diagnose" horrible things and strong arm you into receiving them. I went in with a cracked tooth and they said that I needed 8 crowns all my fillings replaced and a series of "deep cleanings" I was surprised because my former dentist who had retired maintained my teeth very regularly. I had a good relationship with my retired dentist so I trusted Dental Plus. IT COST ME $11,000.00! Then after a year, when the crowns started to fall outI went back = they did the same thiing. This time however - the dentist there was contradicted by the business people. The business people (MARIA and JAVIER) ganged up on me and said i needed to get a root canal that day. I had no pain and they were saying things differently then their own dentist. I decided to see a different dentist to get a SECOND OPINION. The second dentist replaced the crowns and said I did not need a root canal. DENTAL PLUS WANTED TO CHARGE ME $3000. My new dentist charged me $50. DENTAL PLUS IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISHONEST PLACE. You will get BAD TREATMENT and you will be SCAMMED.

I got a referral to Dr Roismans I called the office early the next morning and the receptionist was so helpful in coordinating a time to bring my son in. We got to the office and the girls at the front were so helpful. Then it was time to bring my son to the back. The assistant was very compassionate towards my son. My son is a bit fearful and when the doctor came in it seemed like he made everything okay. The office recommended we use nitrous which was ideal, it was great. Roisman seems like he has a passion for dental work and he is just wonderful. It was worth the drive from Santa Monica to Pasadena. Cindy L.

have had 2 root canals and 3 crowns, as well as a deep cleaning.Very satisfied with the service. although somewhat pricey. i was seen in a timely manner

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group. These people refused to give me the XRAYS and PICS I PAID FOR! PEAPLE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - IF THEY SAY YOU NEED SOMETHING GET A SECOND OPINION!
UPDATE: I got a second opinion and found out I DO NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL. I got another exam and a full set from an HONEST DENTIST. I got my tooth fixed and all the others repaired for literally a FRACTION OF THE COST of Dental Plus. Friends: Do yourselves a favor if you get a diagnosis from Dental Plus, GET A SECOND OPINION. Dental Plus is BAD BUSINESS and BAD DENTISTRY.
Folks if you are looking for a dentist read through ALL THESE REVIEWS - you will see a theme over the last few years. Also, contact the Better Business Bureau - find out how many complaints are filed against them. You would be surprised.
