I have had at least 5 lap and desk top computers in Peachtree for problems and repair. They have been able to take care of my issues fairly and quickly. I have recommended them to at least 5 other people who have also been very satiisfied with their work and pricing. I have even had them replace the screen on my I phone twice due to a dog that thinks he needs to retrive it to me. Their price was a fraction of the I store and done within a hour.
Also when looking for a computer they had a great deal of refurbished windows and mac lap and desk tops. Having pruchased a mac from them over a year ago and have not one problem since.
I recently contacted Peachtree Computers because they offer a free PC Checkup and Computer Diagnostic Service. Other repair shops charge $75 just to bring it to their door. As a last resort, I brought in a non-working laptop that was targeted for disposal. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was with the power cord. I didn’t even suspect the cord was a problem since it was fairly new. They charged me $0 for the service and after purchasing a new power cord, the computer is running fine. Thanks to their honesty and quick service, I brought in a desktop that I was about ready to replace as well because it was running so slow. Again they quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and because they were so reasonable, I even upgraded the machine. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for professional service at reasonable prices. They deserve five stars!!!
Can't tell you how pleased i am to have found this company. Was referred here by a friend after having a horrible experience at Staples. Let me explain why i first took my machine to Staples. They offer a PC Tuneup for $9.99 so i figured what the heck. Brought them my laptop and two days later i get a call saying they found viruses and they would need to diagnose the computer. Well, the diagnostic cost $69.99 and the virus removal cost $149.99. Turns out I also had a bad hard drive. Data recovery from the failing hard drive would cost at a minimum $259.99. All of the sudden I was looking at spending at least $400 to fix my $300 laptop. I fought with the manager to just give me my laptop back but still ended up paying the diagnostic fee. Mind you, my laptop worked fine before it went there but was just a little bit slow. Took my laptop to Peachtree at my friends insistence but I must admit i was hesitant. I was impressed after telling Phil what my computer was doing that they offered a FREE DIAGNOSTIC!!! On top of that, he already knew what was wrong with my computer. I did have a virus and the virus was telling me that i had a bad hard drive. Well he checked my laptop in and told me just to be safe they would test my hard drive. Again, all for free. 2 Hours later i get a phone call from him telling me that they tested my hard drive and memory and they both passed. I simply had a run of the mill virus. Well, turns out they only charge $79 to remove viruses at Peachtree and they give me all of the software they use to do it when they're done. I said go ahead with it expecting to find out later that something else was wrong. Later that day, i get a call saying its done. Honestly, my machine couldn't have been there for more than 6 hours. When i came to pick it up, Phil showed me everything they had done, what they had found and how to prevent and cure these problems in the future. My old antivirus, McAfee :( was expired so they removed it and replaced it with a free product from Microsoft. On top of all of this, Phil showed me how they had updated my version of windows to make it more secure and also sped it up. I paid them the $79 and still couldn't believe they had done all of this for that price. After getting home i called them a couple of times with questions and they helped me right away. This whole experience happened about six months ago and i'm happy to say that to this day i still rely on them for support even with the smallest of questions. I must say thanks to my buddy Robbie for recommending them and thanks to them for being a great organization. I can honestly say i look forward to doing business with them again even if it's because i'm having a problem.
