About:	The U is the cafe for the college crowd: the financially challenged, mentally overexerted, nutritionally disenfranchised, and time irregular. From 11 in the morning until 3 in the morning, health nuts and comfort food fanatics can stop by and get a salad-sandwich fix to hold them off...at least until the next hunger attack. It's also a great place to stop after a long night of partying, sparing the high calorie, fast food options that are counterproductive to the cardio charge of wild dancing.
