User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe estimate provided sounded fair but the actual service was very disappointing. We hired them to treat our apartment for bedbugs and they fumigated our home three times and basically left our home messy and toxic. The exterminator was not knowledgable nor professional. We were very unhappy with the overall service and ended having to hire another company to help us.

There was a cockroach and rat infestation in our building on the upper west side and we called to discuss our options. We were very pleased with their courtesy and politeness, they arrived on time (rare in nyc with pest control companies) they did their work and impressed us with their advice on how to keep the problem at bay. We haven't had any problems since, These guys are great definitely go with them.
