   There was a cockroach and rat infestation in our building on the upper west side and we called to discuss our options. We were very pleased with their courtesy and politeness, they arrived on time (rare in nyc with pest control companies) they did their work and impressed us with their advice on how to keep the problem at bay. We haven't had any problems since, These guys are great definitely go with them.

   We had a rat and roach infestation problem due to a slovenly tenant who evicted without cleaning out his apartment first. Pest Control NYC not only was able to resolve our infestation problem, but got to the source of the problem. I was impressed with with their prompt courteous service and would recommend them without hesitation.
