    To dr Mulak,
    I wouuld like to thank you and the staff .(LADIES) LOL... for taking the time and concideration of my situation and specific ailment.The treatment that you have provided has been effective and that is why i wish to continue therapy with you. You gotta be magic LOL :). But seriously the deep tissue massage and musle therapy have been mentaly,physicaly,and emotionaly relieving.

    Dr. Mulak is a great doctor. He has real good nurses and a clean place. He has helped me with two car accidents and really has helped me a lot.
