I parked our car for 4 days in this facility. After parking the car, I called the number provided in their website & they dropped me in their shuttle to the airport promptly. On 6/20/11 night while coming back, after getting down at the airport & collecting my luggage, I called the same number. No one picked up, after trying the number 4 times a person picked up & confirmed that a shuttle on its way and asked me to wait under the “curtsey vehicle” sign near taxi stand. After 10 minutes waiting I saw the shuttle from the facility pulling off without stopping where the person on the phone asked me to wait. I called immediately & the guy responded they couldn’t find me & he just cut the phone. I tried few more times & no one picked up. Then I called using my wife’s cell & he immediately picked up. When I asked why he cut the phone I could hear him laughing, not sure what was funny. After another 10 minutes, another shuttle showed up & we got picked up, finally! The driver told us the name of the guy who picked up the phone is Din & he is the same guy on the pay booth. When we pulled up our car to his booth & asked what just happened (driver not picking up, cutting the phone, making us wait at the airport for almost 30 minutes etc.), his first response was “I don’t care. Right now you are in a position, if you don’t pay I will call the cops!”. We were shell shocked with his arrogance & were little afraid may be he will pull out a gun next. It was already late in the night (11:30 pm) & we didn’t want to spend time arguing with a bully like him.
