Hair Pro Charming Queens Hair Straightening Salon

If you want to get a good Japanese hair straightening go to Hair Pro Charming. However, be prepared to have about five different people working on your hair whom you all have to tip 15%. When paying my bill, one of the workers billed me my amount and then began to request a larger tip, mind you I had already given a tip. Then she proceeded to insist I also tip the shampoo girl, who was one of the many workers that worked on my hair. In fear of making a scene I reluctantly paid the amount that the worker insisted I pay. I found this unprofessional and as I left the salon I felt cheated. I would recommend another more honest and sincere salon that will not pressure a customer into giving a tip to everyone that worker on their hair.

My friend had recommended this salon to me. I took my cousin here and LOVED how her hair turned out to be. She had gotten a medium layered V-cut and it came out beautiful, seeing as she had very thick coarse hair. I came here a few weeks later to get a layered cut as well and I loved it. They don't speak fluent English, but they are very polite and kind :) Its very clean and big and isn't crowded at all :) They specialize in Japanese Hair Straightening (my friend got her hair done and it came out AMAZING)

oh yeah, and its VERY affordable. my hair cut was only 20 dollars for a cut and blow dry any length! add another 5 dollars if you want it straightened :)

A friend of mine had recommended me to this salon so I dropped by to try it for myself. I've just been waiting to get the japanese straightening perm because I heard they specialize in this service. I finally dropped by the salon and my hair came out so beautiful that I recommend it to everyone! The salon is very spacious and clean. I was never a fan of the smell of hair chemicals, and this salon didn't have that problem. The hairdresser didn't speak fluent english but was very kind and professional. Overall the price was very affordable and I am definitely coming back.
