User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe came home to a flooded basement when our hot water heater burst. Jennifer immediately made us feel better with her compassion and assurance that everything would be ok. Nick and Terry explained what needed to happen thoroughly. They worked hard and stayed late that night. When they left the worst was over. With in several days, they had everything dried out and back to normal. Thanks to the Servepro team for rescuing us from disaster.
